Workflow: QBR Cycle

Overview

Goal: Prepare and deliver a Quarterly Business Review.

Tools: adm_health_score, adm_qbr_generator, adm_success_story

Steps

1. Gather usage data from the account champion (WAU, DAU, feature usage, NPS if available). Add to USAGE.md or provide when prompted.
2. Run health score to compute the latest health score. Writes HEALTH.md.
   • Cursor: /adm-health [Company Name]
   • CLI: adm health [Company Name] --interactive
   • MCP: Run adm_health_score for [Company Name]
3. Run QBR generator with account and quarter (e.g. 2026-Q1). Writes QBR-{quarter}.md.
   • Cursor: /adm-qbr [Company Name] 2026-Q1
   • CLI: adm qbr [Company Name] --quarter 2026-Q1
   • MCP: Generate QBR for [Company Name], quarter 2026-Q1
4. Optionally run adm_success_story (MCP) for executive/marketing narrative to include in the deck.
