Workflow: Expansion Proposal

Overview

Goal: Build a data-driven expansion proposal from pilot to full scale.

Tool: adm_expansion_plan

Steps

1. Ensure you have: Account research (ACCOUNT.md), ROI model (ROI.md) for avg_salary. Run /adm-research and /adm-roi first if needed.

2. Run expansion plan. Writes EXPANSION.md.

   • Cursor: /adm-expansion [current_seats] [target_seats] [Company Name] — e.g. /adm-expansion 200 2000 Adobe
   • CLI: adm expansion [Company Name] --current [N] --target [N]
   • MCP: Run adm_expansion_plan with accountId, currentSeats, targetSeats, pilotMetricsScenario (conservative | base | aggressive)

3. The tool generates phased expansion waves, ROI projections, executive summary, and procurement notes.
