Introduction

The ADM Toolkit helps AI Deployment Managers research accounts, build ROI models, generate deployment plans, compute health scores, detect risk, and more β€” inside Cursor.

Two Ways to Use It

Type /adm- in Cursor chat. Commands like /adm-research Adobe and /adm-roi 2500 220000 load structured workflows and agents. Data lives in .adm/accounts/. No MCP or MongoDB required.

See Cursor Commands Reference.

2. MCP Server (Phase 2 β€” Optional)

The MCP server adds 32 tools with MongoDB persistence, team dashboards, and automation. Enable it when you need shared state across ADMs or Cursor Automations.

See Cursor MCP Configuration.

What You Get

  • 14 Cursor commands β€” research, ROI, competitive, deploy, present, health, QBR, expansion, risk, stalled, rules, onboarding, progress, help
  • ADM CLI β€” 14 terminal commands for account CRUD, research, ROI, health, plan, QBR, escalation, expansion, risk, competitive scan, playbook, portfolio
  • 32 MCP tools (when enabled) β€” Account Intelligence, Deploy & Health, Expand & Retain, Deep Adoption, Exec Intelligence
  • Workflow guides β€” New Account, QBR Cycle, Escalation, Expansion

How It Works (Commands)

  1. Clone the repo β€” commands and workflows live in .cursor/
  2. Open the project in Cursor β€” type /adm-help to see all commands
  3. Run a command β€” e.g. /adm-research Adobe or /adm-roi 2500 220000

Agents follow workflows, read references, and write to .adm/accounts/{account}/.
